How many homes sold in Mint Hill from January through June 2015? 

One hundred sixty eight homes closed during this period. 

What was the median price of 2015 home sales?

Home prices increased dramatically in 2015 with the median price up 9% over 2014.  The median price of $260,275 was higher than any year since 2007.

How long were Mint Hill homes on the market in 2015?

Homes were on the market about the same length of time as last year.  Median days on market was 108 days. 

What was the Mint Hill condominium and townhome market like in 2015?

Six townhomes sold in 2015.  The median sales price was $178,000.  

Were distressed sales a big factor in the 2015 market?

Foreclosures and short sales accounted for 6.6% of the market.  This is a smaller portion of the market than during the recession years when distressed sales were often 30% of the marketplace.

Were there many new homes built in Mint Hill in 2015?

New homes represented almost a quarter of the market last year.  Most homes sold were resales. 

What were the top-selling neighborhoods in Mint Hill this year?

Summerwood,  Olde Sycamore, Farmwood, Fairington Oaks, The Oaks at Oxfordshire and Versage have had the most sales so far this year.
