The median sales price in Marvin NC recovered in the third quarter rising 5.1% over second quarter numbers. The third quarter median sales price of $546,900 remained below the first quarter and 2010 median prices. Nineteen homes sold in the third quarter increasing 46% over the second quarter. Median days on market dropped to 58 days.
