The median sales price of single family homes in Indian
Trail NC dropped 5% in the third quarter of 2011 from the second quarter.
The number of homes sold remained nearly the same as the previous quarter.
Median days on market dropped to 68 day.
Only four townhomes sold in Indian Trail during the third quarter. The
median sales price improved slightly to $101,300. Median days on market
increased to four months.

- Single family home sellers in Indian Trail saw a downward pressure on home
prices during the quarter while townhome sellers saw an improvement.
- Housing, both single family and townhomes, remains very affordable for
