The number of single family homes sold in Stallings
during the third quarter of 2011 increased 8% but the median sales price dropped
7.2% from the second quarter. Median days on market declined to 110 days.
Only two townhomes sold during the third quarter. The median sales price of
these homes was higher than any time period since 2009. Median days on market
were 110 days.
