Hill NC decreased 2.4% in the third quarter of 2011 compared with the second
quarter. The third quarter median price was higher than the first quarter
median price by 10.9% The number of single family homes sold decreased as well
by 17%. Median days on market increased to 89. Only one townhome sold in Mint
Hill during the quarter at a price of $139,900, higher than first or second
quarter median prices.
