Indian Trail NC Real Estate Market Report—April-June 2011

Indian Trail NC has grown over the past decade to become Union County’s largest town. Indian Trail has a number of affordable neighborhoods and new commercial areas providing shopping and restaurants.
During the second quarter of 2011, the Indian Trail real estate market showed improvement with 80 single family homes sold, a 56.8% jump over first quarter sales. The median sales price increased 2.6% and median days on market fell 30%. The townhome/condo market in Indian Trail is very small with few sales.
