Fourth of July Celebrations in Charlotte NC Small Towns

Fourth of July Celebrations in Charlotte NC Small Towns

You can celebrate the Fourth of July in a big way or in a small way in Charlotte NC. If you want to see big fireworks displays with lots of folks, you can check out the US National Whitewater Center’s three day festival, Carowinds’ Nights of Fire, the Charlotte Speedway or the WBT SkyShow.

Or you can celebrate the Fourth in one of Charlotte’s small towns where the settings are more intimate and the crowds are enthusiastic but smaller. In these small town events, you can see fireworks, watch a parade, enter a watermelon-eating contest and listen to musical entertainment.
