Wesley Chapel NC Real Estate Market Report—January-March 2011

Wesley Chapel NC is a mostly rural town with subdivisions of half acre or larger lots.  There aren’t many sales in this small town each year.  There were only seven sales during the first quarter of 2011 in Wesley Chapel.  The median price in the first quarter was 8% lower than the median price in 2010 but 3.7% higher than the median price in 2009.  Median days on the market were up slightly over 2010 numbers.

What do the first quarter 2011 numbers mean for Wesley Chapel buyers and sellers?
