Stallings NC Real Estate Market Report—January-March 2011

Fourteen single family homes sold in Stallings NC during the first quarter of 2011.  The median sales price increased 1.1% over the median price in 2010 and 3.3% over the prices in 2009.  Days on market dropped 12.9% in the first quarter.  Only two Stallings townhomes sold from January to March 2011.  The median sales price remained the same as the 2010 median sales price.  Median days on market for these townhomes dropped 50%.

What do the first quarter 2011 numbers mean for Stallings buyers and sellers?

  • Pricing for Stallings NC sellers is increasing slightly or holding steady over 2010 pricing.   
  • Buyers for properties in Stallings may have more confidence in a local market that appears to be holding its value.
