Indian Trail NC Real Estate Market Report—January-March 2011

Fifty one homes closed during the first quarter 2011 in Indian Trail NC.  The median sales price of single family homes decreased slightly during the first quarter of 2011 compared to median prices in 2010.  The highest priced sale during the first quarter was $460,000.  There were no townhome closings during the quarter.

What do the first quarter 2011 numbers mean for Indian Trail buyers and sellers?

  • Indian Trail sellers maintained the median pricing of 2010 but days on market increased quite a bit.   
  • Buyers for properties in Indian Trail may be able to find the best pricing and values for many years.
