Waxhaw NC Real Estate Market Report—January-March 2011

Lower-priced homes dominated the market in Waxhaw NC during the first quarter of 2011.  The median sales price of $215,000 was 15.5% lower than the median price for 2010.  The highest single family sales price during the first quarter was $352,500.  Twenty one homes sold during this period.  Only one townhome sold during the first quarter of 2011.
