Stonewood in Stallings NC—Homes for Sale and Neighborhood Profile

Stonewood is a small neighborhood in Stallings NC.  It’s the perfect neighborhood for someone who wants to be close to I-485 and the shopping and community activities of historic Matthews NC.  The neighborhood also appeals to those who want to live in a community without a homeowners association.

Located off Potters Road, Stonewood was built in the late 1990s.  You can find ranches or two-story homes in the neighborhood.  They range in size from approximately 1300 square feet to over 2000 square foot.  Stonewood homes include two-car garages.

Stonewood exteriors are vinyl.   Some have brick accents.  The homes have wooded settings with many mature trees in the neighborhood.

A new community shopping center called Austin Village is nearby.  The anchor store in Austin Village is a Harris Teeter grocery.
