Providence Glen is a small neighborhood located off Providence Road south of New Town Road.  Although Providence Glen is a part of Marvin NC, historic Waxhaw NC is  just a few miles away.  Providence Glen residents can find grocery stores, restaurants and a Lowes Home Improvement nearby plus the quaint shops and farmers market in downtown Waxhaw.

Homes were built in Providence Glen from 2003 to 2005.  Most homes have brick fronts and transitional interiors.  Most homes are above 3000 square feet in size.  Lots average a third acre in the neighborhood.

Community amenities include a beautiful stone picnic shelter overlooking a pretty tree-lined pond and walking trails.
