More homes in the higher price ranges were selling in Wesley Chapel NC during the third quarter of 2010 compared with the second quarter and with 2009. The third quarter average sales price was up 31% over the second quarter and up 27% from the average sales price in 2009. The dramatically higher average sales price most likely is reflective of the end of the federal tax credit stimulus and the lower interest rates that have helped the luxury home market. The number of homes sold dropped 21% in the third quarter compared with the second quarter.
