Stallings NC Real Estate Market Report—April-June 2010

How did the Stallings NC real estate market fare in the second quarter of 2010 and how did it compare with 2009?

The average sales price for the second quarter 2010 in Stallings NC increased 10% over the first quarter 2010 and 3% over 2009 average prices.  The number of sales in Stallings in the second quarter doubled the first quarter.  Average days on market were down from the first quarter and 2009.  The federal tax credits most likely drove the increased sales and higher prices in the second quarter.

Stallings NC townhome sales and average prices were very similar in the first and second quarters of 2010.  The second quarter 2010 average sales price dropped 12% from the average price in 2009.
