Indian Trail NC Real Estate Market Report—April-June 2010

How did the Indian Trail NC real estate market fare in the second quarter of 2010 and how did it compare with 2009?

In Indian Trail NC, the single family average sales price for the first quarter 2010 increased dramatically over the first quarter rising almost to the 2009 average sales price.  The number of homes closed rose 70% most likely reflecting the federal tax credit stimulus.  Average days on market increased slightly.

There were only two townhomes sold in Indian Trail in the second quarter.  Prices remained steady for this segment of the market.
