How did the Lake Park NC real estate market fare in the first quarter of 2010 and how did it compare with 2009?
The numbers reflect the fact that the Lake Park NC real estate market is very small. Only four homes and two townhomes sold in Lake Park during the first quarter of 2010. The average sales price for single family homes was up over the average price in 2009 while days on market increased to almost five months. Townhome average prices dropped in 2010 while days on the market remained similar.
