Rolling Hills in Monroe NC--Homes for Sale and Neighborhood Profile

Rolling Hills in Monroe NC—Homes for Sale and Neighborhood Profile

Rolling Hills in Monroe NC is a golf course community that was built around the Rolling Hills Country Club.  Homes were built as early as the 1960s in Rolling Hills.  Construction continued in the 1970s and 1980s with some homes built as recently as the early 2000s.  The pretty wooded lots are generous ranging from a half acre to over an acre in size.

The golf course at Rolling Hills Country Club is a private, non-equity club with a traditional course designed by George Cobb.  The course has short distances between holes making the course compatible for walking or riding.  Other amenities at the club include dining and banquet facilities, an outdoor swimming pool with a wading pool for children, tennis courts and a golf practice and learning facility.
