Cureton is the newest walkable neighborhood in Waxhaw, NC, once an historic railroad town in a rural setting of horse farms and rolling farmland. Located on 380 acres at the intersection of Providence and Cuthbertson Roads just north of downtown Waxhaw, Cureton is designed to be a mixed use development of retail shops, offices and homes. The neighborhood, consisting of both single family homes and townhomes, has something for everyone.
Walk to the grocery store or one of the restaurants in the retail center. Enjoy the 4000 sq.ft. amenity center at the entrance to the neighborhood. The clubhouse includes a library, kitchen and a fitness center. A junior olympic pool and a playground complete the outdoor amenities.
