Welcome to Carolinas Real Estate Talk. Those of you who have been here before will notice that I have a new blogging platform as well as a new website platform at www.CarolinaSmallTownLiving.com. The old posts are gone but I hope to communicate several times a week with items about living in the small towns on the south side of Charlotte, NC and the real estate market in these areas. I will also update some of the old posts and add them here.
For newcomers to this blog, I have lived and practiced real estate in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas since 1985. I specialize in South Charlotte, Matthews, Mint Hill and the small towns of Union County, NC, including Monroe, Indian Trail, Stallings, Lake Park, Weddington, Waxhaw, Wesley Chapel, and Marvin. Each year, I spend about half my time helping buyers purchase homes and half helping sellers sell their homes. After twenty+ years, I can walk in your shoes, whether you are a buyer or a seller.
